  • Proof Approval & Changes: Once a design or production proof is approved, or past the designated proof-bypass window, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Returns & Refunds: Because all orders are custom-manufactured to client requirements, we do not accept returns on completed, approved orders. If you experience any quality issues or discrepancies, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and address your concerns.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices for our products are displayed or quoted based on your custom requirements.
  • Payments must be settled according to the agreed-upon invoicing terms using our authorized payment channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

Al-Hamd Packages, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, delayed shipments, or third-party carrier handling.
